The main function of this line is to trim and to remove the oxide(rust) from the surface of strips. There are three stages: entrance districe / chemical treatment and exit. During chemical treatment HCL solution reacts with the dipped strip with oxode proper temperature so that rust is removed. On exit the pickled strip will be remimmed and oiled(rustproof). PPL equicpped waste acid regenerated system produce regenerated acid and iron oxide powder (Fe2O3). The consumption of waste acid is 4500L/H. By regenerating waste acid this project solve the problem of pollution as well as producing Fe2O3 powder.
